Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.  
  2. In Multipurpose Pot set over high heat, boil pasta until tender, about 6–8 min. Drain and return to pot.  
  3. Stir in milk, seasoning, and butter, if using. Stir to coat. Spoon into six ramekins. Top with cheese, then sprinkle with coating mix. Place on Sheet Pan and bake 5 min until cheese has melted and top is golden. 
Tips

For a smoky twist, season Mac & Cheese with Smoked Spanish Paprika.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 2 cups mixed greens, 1 tbsp favourite Epicure Dressing, and 12 cup cooked chicken, tofu, or fish.
